The Architects Registration Ordinance (“ARO”) Chapter 408 is an Ordinance to provide for the registration of architects and disciplinary control of the professional activities of registered architects, and for related matters.

All registered architects are bound by the ARO. Anyone who attempts to present himself as an architect without being registered with the ARB commits an offence.
